Specializing in local and regional socio-economic development, Harry has successfully negotiated partnerships, successfully acquired more than $458 million in contracts and joint ventures for numerous First Nation businesses and partners. A Certified Red Seal Carpenter and Unionized Craft Safety Representative, David brings a strong foundation in skilled trades, project leadership, and culturally informed construction practices.
David’s extensive project portfolio includes hydroelectric dams in Ontario and Manitoba, bridge and highway construction, high-rise commercial and residential buildings, and residential housing development for First Nations communities in Northern Ontario, Nunavut, and Quebec. His hands-on experience has given him unique insight into the challenges and opportunities of cross-cultural
Indigenous engagement on construction sites and within project and business management frameworks.

Angie’s work emphasizes dignity, respect, and understanding, especially for those navigating the challenges of transitioning into larger communities or overcoming complex social barriers.

With a strong foundation in both Western science and Indigenous knowledge systems, Caleb brings over a decade of experience in Indigenous-focused education, outreach, and policy. Holding a Bachelor of Education and a BSc in Biology from York University, and currently pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Science at Toronto Metropolitan University, Caleb's expertise bridges formal education, Indigenous land-based practices, and science communication.
Caleb has led innovative STEAM programming rooted in Indigenous worldviews, developed curriculum aligned with the Ontario K–12 science standards, and supported Indigenous youth through in-class instruction, community engagement, and mentorship. Caleb's experience includes work with urban Indigenous youth, health policy research, and roles on institutional Indigenous advisory councils. With a trauma-informed, culturally grounded approach, Caleb is committed to fostering reconciliation, advancing Indigenous educational sovereignty, and building inclusive pathways in science and environmental education.

This project is the largest investment in hydroelectric power in Northern Ontario in nearly 40 years. It has four components, which include the rebuilding of the Smoky Falls Generating Station as well as the addition of new generating units at the Harmon, Kipling, and Little Long generating stations. By the time work is completed, the capacity of the Lower Mattagami plants will have increased to 924 from 486 MW.
